Jason Haden, DVM
Dr. Haden attended undergraduate school at Penn State University, where he received a degree in Vertebrate Physiology. His degree in Veterinary Medicine is from Purdue University and he was inducted into the Phi Zeta Veterinary Honors Society in 2001. After graduation in 2002, he became an associate veterinarian in State College, Pennsylvania.
Dr. Haden’s career continued in Cumming, GA, where he was an associate for over 4 years. While there, he and his wife were always looking for a great location to start a family as well as his own practice. Holly Springs proved to be that ideal location.
He and his wife have 3 boys, 1 dog, and 2 cats. Dr. Haden’s hobbies include drawing and traveling.
Mary Schaibly, DVM
Dr. Mary Schaibly is from East Tennessee and graduated from Walter’s State Community College with an undergraduate degree in Animal Science. She then went on to the University of Tennessee to complete her prerequisites for Veterinary School. She graduated from the University of Tennessee School of Veterinary Medicine in 2006 and started working in Georgia that year.
She has worked in various veterinary medical settings focusing mostly on general medicine for small animals and emergency medicine. Her special interests include internal medicine, soft tissue surgery and wildlife medicine. Dr. Schaibly lives in Canton with her husband, daughter and two doggies/ three kitties and several pocket pets as well.
Krista is a native of Holly Springs and has been in the veterinary field since 2002. She earned a B.S. in Business Management from Kennesaw State University in 2005 and has been working with Dr. Haden since he opened his clinic in 2008. Krista and her husband have two young sons together. They are also parents to several fur babies. Outside of work she enjoys running, reading, and spending time outdoors.
Jaymie has been in the veterinary field since 2007. She started working at Animal Medical Center of Holly Springs in 2009. Jaymie and her husband, Zeb, have four kids together. They share their home with 1 dog and 3 cats. In her spare time, she loves being outdoors and spending time with friends and family.
Cheyenne has been a part of the AMC team since 2019. One of her favorite things about working at AMC is providing exceptional patient care along with cultivating lasting relationships with each one of our clients. Her and her husband have two dogs, and two cats. She is currently earning her degree in Veterinary Technology to become a registered veterinary technician. If not at the clinic, you will find Cheyenne out shopping, spending time with her friends, or out to dinner with her husband!
Kaitlyn is from Jasper, Georgia, and has been working with animals since the age of 18. Kaitlyn has a passion for pet nutrition and natural health and wellness. She is very caring and treats each of our patients as though they were her own “fur babies.”
In her spare time, Kaitlyn enjoys being with family and attending car audio competitions with friends.
Scott has been in the veterinary industry since 2012. He is from California but has lived in 5 other states. He and his girlfriend Nichole share their home with their cat Tide. Scott served 4 years in the United States Air Force. In his spare time, he enjoys going to the gym, boxing, fishing, exploring the Georgia country, and finding new places to eat.
Jackie, the newest member of our team, has been working in the Veterinary field for three years. In her previous life she was an English teacher and translator. When she is not working Jackie loves to cook, read, and hike in the north Georgia mountains with her two hounds, Henry and Jack.
Megan joined the veterinary field after finishing high school and is studying to earn a B.S in Business Management at Georgia Highlands College. She has found her passion in working with animals of all shapes, sizes, and species. Megan plans to build a career for herself as a Veterinary Practice Manager and is working to earn her CVPM. Every day she looks forward to seeing all patients and making it the most pleasant experience possible.
At home, Megan is a fur-mom and has two rescues of her own, a tuxedo cat and a Great Dane mix. Outside of work, she enjoys her enrollment as a full-time college student, hiking the North Georgia mountains, and taking weekend road trips to the Georgia coast.
